1. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product has manufacturing defects.

• The item received is different from the one ordered (incorrect model, size, or design).

• The product arrived damaged during shipping.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customer error in selecting size, color, or design.

• Change of mind.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper washing of the product.

3. Deadline for Requesting a Return

⏱️ Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the error is attributable to Guayoyo Apparel, we will cover the costs.

• In other cases, returns will not be accepted.
